How are orders shipped?

Most shipments are sent via Canada Post or Purolator and should arrive within 3-14 business days to most Canadian addresses depending on the type of shipping, ground or air.

How long does it take to ship my order?

If your order’s destination is within Canada, you can track your parcel with the Tracking Number provided in the email sent confirming the shipment. Domestically is takes 2 – 10 days standard service and 1 – 3 days expedited.

When Is Your Order Shipped?

Following receipt of your order of items within stock availability are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please Contact Us to cancel your unshipped order. Please note that if your order has shipped out we cannot stop delivery.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our products please contact us first and we will make every effort to resolve your issue or concern. That is our first priority! We will accept unopened product within 30 days for a full refund– no questions asked! Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit; the customer is responsible for return shipping with tracking. Refunds will be issued upon delivery of the product in good condition.
If the return is due to damaged or defective merchandise or due to our error, we will also refund your return shipping costs.
